L.A. Hair Design hand-selects each hairstylist. We know that not everybody has the qualities, which are needed to support the mature adult. We are committed to finding the right hairstylist to fit the residents, family members and staff of each facility.

Some of the systems that we have developed include:

*Consent Forms
This form is to be completed by the resident or the responsible party of each resident before any service will be performed.

*The Tickler Scheduling
This is a system that utilizes authorization forms to schedule each resident.

*Quality Assurance Sheet
This form is a checklist that follows the state regulations for cleanliness and proper procedure.

*Approval Sheets
These sheets are provided to the business office to ensure that each resident is approved to receive hair care.

Some other important items provided:
Certificate of liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, quality products, M.S.D.S. sheets on all products used, proper licensing for each state, replacement hairdresser in case of illness or emergency, provision of support in areas needed, coordination of hair care and beautification day.
